Structural Engineering & Building Regulation Structural Engineering & Building Regulation Once planning permission has been granted the next step will be to prepare building regulation plans with structural calculation. Not all works require planning approval, for example removing loading bearing wall, and mainly works with the existing demise. Our architect will provide guidance and advise. Again, our Architect and engineer will produce detailed building regulations drawings with structural calculations. Bespoke joinery Bespoke joinery We have a dedicated production facility to manufacture all bespoke joinery, to your exact requirement and specification. We will work with you to provide the solution that best suits your requirements and budgets We are able to provide site surveys, designs and plans. our draughtsmen have extensive joinery experience, ensuring all working drawings are suitable for workshop production as well as visual inspection for customer approval.
